Decision makers need high quality health information to make informed decisions and to identify emerging health issues. Health information includes data across the breadth of the health system including surveillance systems, operational management of healthcare facilities, pharmacy inventories and immunisation rates.
Our partners are working to support governments throughout the Pacific and the Mekong delta in selected areas of health information systems to decrease the number of drug stock outs, track the safe storage of vaccines and bring together surveillance information to help identify potential outbreaks more rapidly and more accurately.
